Investments in Public Housing Energy Rehabilitation

Mobilisation of Public Investments in Buildings will address the investments to be carried out in a set of rented social housing buildings owned by NASUVINSA and Government of Navarre in different municipalities of the region. The energy efficiency investments will mainly involve development of the following measures:

Energy retrofitting of thermal envelope
Heat recovery ventilation system
Monitoring and installation management
Heat boilers’ renovation

These measures will revert in a better comfort of the tenants and a reduction of their energy bills.

Four buildings from diverse municipalities has been chosen as objective projects to implement energy retrofitting investments. In total, there are 85 dwellings.
